Online content combined with in-person ultrasound lab coaching as well as accountability once you return to your clinic. This is the beginning of your diagnostic ultrasound foundation.
The WAVE Soft Tissue Immersion Program Session 1 is designed to provide you with the foundations of diagnostic ultrasound. You will complete the online video portion then join us in class for in-person lectures and hands on ultrasound lab training. What sets this program apart is the accountibilty portion. Once you complete session 1 in person, you return home to complete the required homework cases with the support of WAVE instructors to guide you through how to create diagnostic cases following a standard abdominal ultrasound protocol. Your WAVE instructors will be giving you constructive feedback throughout the 4 weeks between Session 1 and Session 2. You will return for Session 2 having compeleted 16 ultrasound cases and be prepared to continue your ultrasound knowledge by adding even more content to your ultrasound skill set.
